• Remove clutter from tables, countertops, the refrigerator and throughout the house.
• Air-out the home several hours prior to any showing. Don't use heavy fragrances or air fresheners.
• Make sure the bathrooms are neat and clean by removing any unnecessary items from the sink area, cleaning the floors, and hanging up all towels.
• Open all blinds and drapes and make sure there is plenty of light in all areas of the home.
